Highlights
As Lead Product Designer, I was able to develop an Axure-based template for rapid-prototyping. It utilized our robust Design System to allow us to develop high-resolution prototypes in real-time, during live team sessions. This activity greatly increased stakeholder engagement and collaboration; giving everyone a sense of ownership - and inciting, shall we say, more passionate conversations.
This is Wells Fargo’s inaugural Generative AI initiative in the Commercial Banking sector, designed to significantly reduce complex research and reporting processes. The demonstrable results being operational efficiency with up to 90% decrease in delivery time, reduced overall costs, enhanced usability, and compliance with WCAG standards.
