Highlights
On this project, I managed a diverse team across four time zones, coordinating two UX designers and three developers to ensure successful project completion and effective communication (despite the 5am Daily Standup calls.)
This is a mobile application that reduces delays for insurance claim administrators, inspectors and adjusters, by enhancing efficiency and speeding up claim processing times for employees and customers. By providing a mobile paradigm for streamlining interactions and providing timely access to critical information, this application improves claims management and delivers a superior service experience.
