I had to conduct the largest workshops in my career, engaging about 50 participants in Design Thinking sessions; fostering collaboration while navigating the challenges of defining a minimum viable product. (It's a lot like trying to herd cats.)
This mobile application enhances communication between hospital staff and patients, streamlining health-related information exchange throughout the patient journey. The intuitive, and accessible interface facilitates activities like selecting healthcare professionals, scheduling appointments, check-ins, and follow-up care coordination. It even provides directions and parking details.
